St Paddy’s Day

Although originally intended as a Christian Feast Day celebrating Ireland’s patron saint now the 17th of March is one of the greatest days on any drinker’s calendar.

Celebrate the grand ol’ feast of St Paddy’s with these 3 drinks:

Irish Flag Shot

The secret to this patriotic shot? Pour slowly, barely dribble the liqueurs into your glass. This technique is known as ‘floating’ the liqueurs.

  • 1 Ounce Baileys
  • 1 Ounce Bourbon
  1. Pour midori a third of the way up the shot glass, this is your first layer
  2. Place spoon tip very close to midori, carefully and slowly pour in the Baileys
  3. Repeat with the bourbon, making sure not to mix the liqueurs together
